Buyer’s Home Inspection
This inspection will allow home buyer’s to feel confident that problems are identified before you buy your home. It will allow you to be informed of potential future maintenance and upkeep items. We will educate and assist you to better understand the existing conditions of the property, to ensure you have the knowledge you need to make an informed decision.
Pre-Listing Home Inspections
A seller of a home may also request a home inspection before the home in put on the market. This may assist the seller in setting a price, correct any issues with the home before it is put on the market, or merely having a pre-inspection report available for buyers informing them that the seller has nothing to hide.
New Construction Home Inspections
This inspection takes place to ensure that no fire, safety or health issues exist in the home and to ensure all visible components of the home have been constructed and installed properly.
One-Year Warranty Home Inspections
We perform this type of inspection to identify deficiencies of the home that have arisen since the home was constructed. It also identifies items that were not constructed properly when the home was built.
Radon Testing
This test measures the level of radon in a home using a continuous radon monitor. Radon is measured in picocuries per liter, or pCi/L. The EPA has set a threshold of 4 pCi/L. They recommend action to reduce the radon levels of the home if the radon level is 4 pCi/L or higher.
Mold Testing
This test is done to measure the type or levels of mold present in a home.
